Extra large black olives
Medium black olives
Carrots
Cream cheese
Party toothpicks
Step 1Open olives, both medium and extra large sizes, and drain them so they are ready to use.
Step 2Allow the cream cheese to soften for easier use.
Step 3Cut the carrot into slices, then cut a triangle out of the round slice to make the penguin feet. Keep the small triangle you cut out of the circle to be the beak.
Step 4Slice the extra large olive down one side so it opens. Carefully fill the olive with cream cheese so the olive wraps around the filling like a jacket with the white cream cheese showing in the front.
Step 5Cut a small slit in the middle of the medium-sized olive, just large enough to fit the carrot triangle for the penguin's beak.
Step 6Place the stuffed extra large olive on top of the round piece of carrot with the cut out triangle in front (the carrot is going to be the feet) and place the medium olive on top of the extra large olive. Slide the party toothpick down the middle to hold all of the pieces together
