MUSICFESTNW 2011

I signed up back in late June to volunteer to work at this years MUSICFESTNW in Portland in order to get a free $150 wrist band and to meet new people. I thought it would be a fun way to get myself out there and see bands I normally would have not heard of nor bought a ticket for. Today was the training class. The basics of working a large fest and to find out where you are placed and dates etc. I'm excited about a few bands including: The Joy Formidable,Sallie Ford& the Sound Outide, Kylsea,The Butthole Surfers, Marketa  Irglova, archers of loaf, The Corin Tucker Band and more.
